Our dedicated team ensure that each and every one of our care homes meets the needs of both the operator and residents, and are designed to the highest degree. We ensure the elevations are sympathetically designed with external materials that blend naturally with the local surroundings whilst ensuring the external areas are designed to provide a good balance of accessible pathways, soft landscaping, sensory gardens, potting sheds and water features.
Each luxurious care home built by us will typically comprise full en-suite bedrooms completed with contemporary furnishings, communal facilities such as a bistro, hair salon, activities room, cinema and private dining, passenger lifts serving all floors and state of the art kitchens and laundries. Furthermore, our care operators will provide a variety of care packages including but not limited to Nursing, Residential, Reapitem Dementia, End of Life and Activity Care.
INDEPENDENT LIVING
We develop exquisite apartments for those who do not require the extensive services of a care home but need a residence that can cater for their health. The interior design and layout of each apartment have carefully evolved to ensure the needs of the resident are met, combining both contemporary design and practicality.
All of our residences will include some or all of the following elements; an accessible route from the car park to the building, lift to all floors, kitchens fitted with low worktop heights and easy to use appliances, bathrooms designed to give side access to baths and WC’s, door widths allow wheelchair access, sockets and controls installed at a convenient height and accessible level entrance WC and showers.
